Perth Trip Continued..(Day 3)

Prepared our breakfast early in the morning. Sliced beef and fried eggs, tuna and mixture of sauces..

Headed off to our first stop of the day : Lilac Hill estate wines for wine tasting.
Luck wasn't with us. It was closed on MondAY!

So we snapped a couple of fotos and headed off to the margaret chocolate factory.

Free tasting!!! The leftmost is dark choco, followed by white and milk chocolates. Can't remember how many rounds i went... think 3-4 hahaa... yum yum..
That's all the tasting they have! only 3! Well, because that's the basic of chocolates. The package will be mixed with biscuits or nuts etc...

We stopped over here and i ordered a chocolate milkshake.

We ordered our drinks separately but all of us got the same queuing number! And that's my hse unit number!

Chocolate Milkshake. Unlike SG, in AuZ the extras are put in a container and given to the customers. It's like half glass more!! But too bad the shakes isn't that great..

Perth Trip Continued...(Day 2)

We woke up very early everyday abt 7am. Becoz the day ended early so we had to start early in order to make our trip worth it! Anyway, that's my sister's logic..

So Finally can capture a photo of the pool at our apartment.. there's a small jacuzzi beside it as well. But... WHO WILL WANT TO SWIM in this weather?

What we wanted to do most = stock up our food. Went in search of supermarkets..this is the first that we went. Things are so expensive!!! So we only bought some puffs to eat. Later then we know from my sister's friend that this supermart is meant for those high-end customers.

My sister's friend brought us to a chinese restaurant for dim sum. We realised a lot of hongkongers actually migrated there to do biz. My sis say only those that cook really well can survive there.

For the rest of the day, we only did some shopping at the centre. I bought a pair of brandless sports shoes for AUD 21.90 as the canvas shoes (AUD 11) that i bought to replace wasn't very comfortable.
Then we went woolworths to stock up our food. It's just like shop and save supermarket in singapore. You should now appreciate actually things in SG is not that expensive.

After a day of shopping, we're back to our apartment. Look at the amount of food we bought! Later then we realised there's another packet of food in my bro's bag that we didn't bring it out. So we spent AUD 100 again!!

Yeah~HH

The next day is a hectic one... will come back again~

E-Shed Markets

This shop at E-shed market has all the cheapest souvenirs. We bought all our nougats from here as well. Not very cheap.. one big pack cost AUD 29.90. Dunno how my sis bargained, later then uncle sold us for AUD 27 per pack.

Going to our next destination = Fremantle prison. They closed at 5pm so when we reached they were already closing~!
But not too bad after all coz we realised they had the Fremantle prision torchlight tour(Ghost tour!) 2 days later so we went ahead and book it.

Time for dinner! A must try, very famous fish & chips over there.

Good but quite expensive, our first order over there amt to over AUD 100 for 4 persons. You can click on the enlarge foto to look at their prices at the board there.

So happy we get to sit and eat!!

But it was so cold that we were shivering while we eat.. haha cause those enclosed seats were all taken up and we had to sit outside in the open. So when the wind blew, woo hooO! shivers! It was winter~

But can you imagine we actually saw a couple there taking wedding fotos!!!My lousy camera didn't do a good job...

Mussells, fish & chips, calamari, and ginger beer and rose tea..

Perth is like infested with seagulls... all over the streets. Here at fish & chips they were standing nearby and they will get ready if you ever leave your seat to go for toilet. Make sure somebody is there to guard your food! haha..

Just back from Perth last thursday night. Had a good break though and really enjoyed not working!!

We were hungry so we bought these at the minimart at our apartment.

We were walking to collect our car at Bayswater car rental.

We reached! but was 90 mins late so they rented out our GPS!! Oh god that was hell and we had to depend on maps to get to our destinations. Bad and arrogant service from that lady. But what to do? they're the cheapest in town.

Though 阿信didnt sing too well.. think becoz he caught a cold and haven't really recovers but they are pretty cute and good in bringing up the crowd's spirits. uploading a short video of them performing. Xmas Chalets - 2008

Followed by my company's xmas party, i had 2 other chalets as well. One was with my friends and another one with my family. A good break away from home but afterall home is still the best!~

We have booked Aloha Changi - Fairy pt bungalow 2 for this x'mas. We spent 2 days over there. Here a preview of the house.

Inner view. Cleaning and decorating to be carried out soon as our guests are arriving at 7pm.

Christmas must have x'mas tree mah.. so this was what my sister come up with!~ She made it all by herself!~ li hai leh~ Regret i didnt take the tree with all the gifts when guests were all here. It was really beautiful.. with the green & yellow stars blinking up there.

My sis also prepared some games like bingo, treasure hunt & gift exchanges lah. The red and green card consists of the bingo card and the gift exchange number. Right hand side of the door got masks that she made for the guests to wear.

My cousins they all arrived.

These were the catered food. We also prepared alot of bbq food but it was raining heavily so end up we only managed to bbq later at night.

We were also taking the chance to celebrate my niece's 1 yr old bday together with x'mas since her bday is only 2 weeks away.
My brother in law and my niece hui-en. Me and my nephew. He just woke up and wasn't in gd mood so face black black.

Office was closed at 2:50pm yesterday as it was our x'mas party. So from 3pm - 4:30pm we were involved in some amazing photo race with the various teams... kinda fun lah.. did all sorts of stupid things. like the whole team muz hide under a table, someone muz go for a dip in the suntec swimming pool (7000 pts!), and checking into a hotel... basically the team with the highest points will win lah..

My team were slackers... we basically strolled our way to the destinations instead of running.. coz that's our strategy! Insider news said the winning team will receive penalty! haha so we took our time to play and even went back an hour before time's up.

After that we proceeded to The Cavern at boat quay from 6pm - 10pm for our dinner and also free flow of drinks... As usual singing, drinking and dancing.. those usual things to do in a pub.. but i don't really dance so didn't really join in the fun..

Today has a couple of errands to run but i'm feeling pretty tired already.. tomorrow still have another xmas chalet. Oh no... i need more time...

Slept and watched tv today.. then later in the evening went out with ping for dinner. Belated bday dinner from her~ went one of the vegetarian outlet at joo chiat to eat. Been there several years back but didn't expect the stall to still be there.

Standard of food seemed to drop and 2 of the dishes we ordered weren't up to expectations. We felt the luo hai zai doesn't look like one and the asam fish didn't tasted that gd. The mai pian prawns were the best.

Decided to update my blog more often so well... friends you will see me updating more frequently! :)

TOmorrow is my papa bday so yeah later will be having breakfast cum lunch celebration with family. Going to some restaurant near china square to eat. :)

halo! Went Sitec IT fair at Expo just now and the crowd were terrible! It reminded me of china town where people were squeezing around!

In the afternoon i had gathering with 2 of my poly frenz, Su and Shao! Long time no see and really nice catching up with them! Thanks to su for the lunch and also shao for sending us to expo! Looking fwd to the next meet out!

Yday met up with Eddery and chai bak for our usual gathering cum bday celebration! We had our first chinese meal finally!~ Thanks guys!

Recently been attending a couple of friends' weddings. Seems like pple ard me are all getting married. So horrible! Feel old already...

Heh heh.. my dear was testing my cooking skills.. then he left me alone in the kitchen to wip up some dishes for his dinner. I really had no idea what those meat were and i anyhow picked one out of the fridge, thinking that's chicken. I then washed the vege, salmon and left the chicken aside, thinking that shld be able to come up with 3 dishes.

I'm done with cooking the vege. Too bad when it came to the chicken, it turned out to be minced pork! So instead of 3 dishes, I am left with only 2. Coz i had to mix the minced pork with my vege. Added some corn as well.. which dear found it quite strange.. :)

Does this look edible? haha not too bad la huh! Dear was so sweet.. he said it taste great! where in fact the veges were overcooked and hard to swallow.

Bintan

It is a nice place if you are looking for a place to relax, with beaches and sun to laze your day with. Went club med for my company trip and we stayed there for 2 days 1 nite. It is a good place to stay though the rate is much higher than other resorts. But considering the fact that it serves good buffet and free flow of drinks/alcohol throughout the day, that makes up for everything.

In ferry and on the way to Ria bintan with my usual hangout kaki colleagues.

I like the room as it was hotel-like but attached with a garden view outside. The only bad thing is that the toilet is separated from the bathroom and my room mate and myself find it really cumbersome.

The poolview from top. This was also the place where few of my colleagues and myself went swimming at 11pm and left at midnight. That's not late, i heard some of my colleagues were drunk and went into pool at 3am with clothes on....that was happening i thought. Clean waters which I like.

After a full day of team building games and socialising... finally we have sometime the next day for pix taking.

Woke up early for our breakfast and followed by spa pedicure treatment. First time doing the paraffin wax and it was scotching hot and Maybelle and I were screaming away. Quite interesting experience. Time to bid goodbye to club med-

And there we arrive at Mayang Sari Beach resort. We checked in at the counter soon enough and were sent to our room in this buggy car. Quite scary when travelling on it as it had no signal that the car was going to move and at the instance we just felt that we were close to being thrown out of the seat.

Kampong style and spacious rooms. Though we still prefer club med rooms to mayang sari but we thought you never know if you dont try out others. The demerit will be the slippery floor.

We went to Kelong Restaurant where we had our dinner. Food was expensive and little. Wind was strong and the food get cold easily. I did some research on forums before i came here but the food were not as good as mentioned and we both agreed that we were paying for the scenery.

Attracted by the massage offer from one of the brochures received at the bintan ferry terminal, we decided to head to Pasah Oleh Oleh. Of course it was after all the sun bathing and tan. So this justify for a good relax. The 2-way shuttle service to Paseh Oleh Oleh took us S$6 each! Though expensive, we still went becoz i'm craving for some shopping and massage.

When we approach the massage centre, we were told of full house but the earliest availability will be 8pm. We decided to head for dinner first since we were hungry as well.
This restaurant's food were really good and affordable! From below you can see the degree of our hunger. It shooked me to realised that I didn't take any foto until the food was finishing!

We then proceeded to this place for our massage. Really cheap! $28 for an hour! Of course they had some other charges.. which amount to $30, but i still find it acceptable. Their skills were good and I wld definitely go for a 2nd time if we were to stay longer.

We went back to our dinner restaurant and ordered this coconut. Quite different from those we see in SG and it cost $3. Alot of juice but flesh little..

We went to the pool at Nirwana Gardens for a last swim before we head off for our ferry. There's a bar in the middle of the pool.. wanted to try out but the drinks were expensive so we decide to give it a miss and continue our swim.

One piece of advice - To bring along SG money if you're going bintan. There accept SG money than any other curency. If you want to pay using US, you're end up paying more as the conversion rate tend to be lower. Hungry and spent all our SG money, this is the last hotdog we managed to afford during our journey back.

It happened on the 4th April and as expected i took a day leave to attend the special ceremony. Both my parents came along and can feel that they are pretty happy too! The buffet that was prepared were not that fastastic i thought, or rather it was a kind of disappointment.

During my uni days I wld always look fwd to this special day as I can see the graduates get to enjoy a variety of yummy food. But there was a shortage of food that day and before the queue finishes, the food ran out!!

Yeahh!! Finally finished my second last paper today. The papers are getting from tough to tougher dunno why.. Alot of my friends are having difficulties with the papers and i'm having difficulty with 1 or 2 of them. Well.. life's been sort of hell for me ever since schooling especially this yr having to cope with projects. Very soon all these will come to a stop and I will announce to be a member of the society.

Time flies... 2 yrs has past just by the blink of the eye. But i must admit i have made quite alot of good friends back in school.. all of which are nice to be with. Thinking of these.... i will start to miss the schooling days with u guys... wat a contradict! Or maybe i should say it's every student's dream to go school but without work and exams hhha.. and that will only exist in dreamland. :)

Had dinner with Eddery and Chai Bak after the corporate finance paper. We had planned to have dinner a week ago haha! Well.. i suggested sizzler since rather miss their salad bar and their soup! The food is great and that explained why the queue is exceptionally long today! Maybe oso because it's start of weekends! okie.. that will end my blogging today =)

Gosh!~ Guess wat i saw?? It's 2.15am in the morning and sth aroused me to turn right... and dere running frantically is a huge 9cm long spider-like creature!~~~ HelppPP!!! Never in my life did i see such a giantic spider~! Instead of running from it... i went forward to take some pictures hahhaha

erm.. hiaz... exams now.. still have 3 more to go.. so xinku to have endured through 2 papers already. The piling of study materials are driving me crazy.. and that time projects took me alot of time so now not enough time to study!! Really freaking man!~~:(

It comes this time of the year again where i will feel excited about. Hee! 这几天烟雾弥漫，大伙儿都得待在家或避免外出。多希望老天爷能下场大雨，把这一切都给冲走。雨后固然好，但这其中的道理又有几个会懂。。

听了听孙燕姿的<雨天>，还蛮喜欢这一段的：

谁没放慢脚步过？放慢是为了走更长的路？还是因为累了，不想再走下去。。然而干脆就不走了。很多人会说坚持到底就会看到成果。但这坚持的路途，你摔倒过，痛过，沮丧过，又有谁会明白这当中所受的苦？在我们还没看到成果之前，可能已经忧郁死掉了。

或许，在衡量自己的能力后，范围外的事就别太强求了。尝试过，跌过再爬起，再试。。这几个步骤有谁不懂？关键在于你愿意跌几次？有时候，听到别人说不要气馁！从新再来！心理就暗笑了一下，然后感觉一阵凉风吹过，有同被嘲讽一样。感同深受的人也许会明白我要传达的心境吧。

过于强求变成了一种压力，这压力随着时间逐渐增加，造成了心理无法愈合的伤痕。

Yoz it has been quite sometime since i last blog. Well, busy with my vacation job now and basically am using my lunch hour to write now. Well colleagues quite nice and culture kinda similar to my ex-company, so still quite comfortable here. But somehow miss my holidays and freedom back then! And my bed! havent been getting enough sleep!>_<

Oh no my throat seemingly feels uncomfortable. Think it's sore throat! urghh... pls don! hiaz... anyway just to grumble nia, nothing much le. Yah another thing is dear always so busy leh these days.. must take care leh.. don fall sick.

My supervisor is always taking leave and sick leave when i'm on board! hiaz... leaving me alone to fend for myself..today she's on leave again. Well excusable cause it's her bday today! And fridge there's mini o cake from nydc... feels like eating haha... *salivate*

Yoz has been back from genting a week liao. Well basically there isnt as cold as I thought. I supposed the many constructions are blocking all the wind. This trip there is still quite different from the previous ones because i can finally walk straight into the casino w/o being afraid of checking IC! loz...

Maybe i should be happy that now they're still checking my ic haha and is almost on every visit in there! Want some tips on staying youthful?! whahhaa... yea i'm talking nonsense and i really think i'm getting old... :(

Dont think i'm such a gambler okie? I just go in there to jian shi jian shi haha... n of course did pick up some jackpot knowledge on the way hahhaa.... basically didnt like gambling becoz dont usually have good luck. This type of game u know... just hav to go with luck.

有一个朋友问：快乐的定义是什么？一个这么主观性的问题瞬间带有点深度。在贫困的国家，能够三餐温饱就是快乐。因为生存在一个社会大染缸里，我们的思想和判断力都被左右了。一味的追求物质享受而埋头工作，为的也就是能够生活的好一点。也就因为世界的变迁，我们对快乐的定义也就模糊了。人类是活来享受还是活来受苦，两者之间我也未曾找出个答案来。。

其实。。真的只有少数的人能走自己想走的路。有很多时候，我们何常不是受到情势所逼？有梦想是好的，但是半途中你就会觉悟到一切不切实际，跟本给不了我三餐温饱饭吃。这样残酷的事实也反映了当初父母万盯嘱咐叫我用功读书的苦心。一切变得好真好真。。

我的内心也很脆弱。。常常受不了打击。夜是黑暗的。。一个非常适合发泄和封闭自己的地方。虽然听起来很不健康，但它毕竟是让我抒发情绪的管道。

我也很期盼分享身边人的烦恼。但不知道是不是被我影响，他也喜欢把心事藏起来。“在感情中的付出得不到正比的回报” 哈哈这句话带点讽刺。其实我也有点疏忽吧。。经常会忽略他的感受。。

好友到访哈哈。。要出门去了。到此为止！再会！

Didnt sleep well... or rather cldnt get to sleep yday. I remembered I went to bed near 2am but cldnt get to sleep until abt 5am i think. This morning woke up at 9am and was late for my class. Well still make the attempt to go down, at least that cld divert some attention away. I was in quite a sad mood and the same things were going through my mind.

Things are getting better for me now. I talked to some friends and my dear bro edd. Thank you edd. I noe you're at your lowest peak now but you still bother to care for me. I'm really touched! Sob sob... :-) May you recover from that wound soon!

I will handle my own emotions and prefer it this way. Don worry for me and i'll be fine ^_^

Hi all... wah very long never blog le. Didnt want to be tied down by this blog.. as can really get addictive.. but time consuming at the sametime.

Hm... what shld i type? Now at sch waiting for next lecture to start.. still half an hour to go... been feeling so sleepy since morning.. not enough sleep... guess have been sleeping very late these 2 days.

hmm today quite fun.... went mediacorp for live recording. The nokia live programme.. heard that we are the first batch after they changed sponser. Then saw my sim friend, Eddery, who is working at mediacorp too. Wah so qiao... hahha.... really fated sia... heee...

First experience on live radio... =) well.. probably we shldnt be that nervous actually coz it's all enclosed area then only one dj, weixiong, so it's basically like normal song practise... but well the tot live is still dere lah... so nan mian.. haha gan jiong...=) but luckily overall still quite smooth sailing.. so PheW~! haha... happY ;)

Superstar Finals!

Well.... saw the grand final on tv this morning.... reminds me back on that Thursday.. where i was one of the person in red sitting right below. We were enjoying ourselves as well as the "sound of the whistle" lolz.. deafening sia!!!

Hiaz.... but dear suddenly fell sick tat afternoon... hmm his eye got irritation then keep having red and teary eye... wahah... wait go out pple tot how cum i so fierce made my nan ren ku... hahhaa... lolz...=P kiak kiak...

This early afternoon went for vocal lesson then join dear and his best friend, Zikun, for lunch... well.. had a good time.. long time no suan dear like today le... hahaa... thanks Zikun!! =)

As for yday... went for some charity show at Changi hotel dere... cant rem the exact name but used to be called meridien hotel. It's a dinner for cancer patients.. well again... it was a very fun night... the audience quite participative.. and request for a couple of songs... ;)

We had our dinner dere and then head for cosy bay for a drink as many of us still don't want to go home. After which followed by east coast park for a breeze hahha... shuo shuo er yi and Jack really ON sia! hahha well... attitude!! hahaa...wo xi huan =)

AuGust Bdays Continued....[ 3 ]

On that Friday (26 Aug), well.... met dear at orchard str after his sch. He accompanied me to do some gifts shopping for my bday friends. Not too bad lah.. i still managed to buy a bracelet for a friend.

After that we proceed to Suntec, with the aim of buying a cake. We visited several shops and eventually bought a chocolate cake from Bangawan. Our next station is Waraku (Jap restaurant at Marina Square) to have dinner and celebrate birthday for Meiting. The food there is quite good lah.. prices quite reasonable too.. my singing friends they all just like to dine there..

After that, dear and myself decide to catch a movie loh.... wanted to see charlie and the chocolate factory but then it's only available in the afternoons... so ended up watching " Land of the Dead". Well... very typical zombie story.. storyline crappy manz.. dear nearly fall asleep i think.. haha..

Hmm actually this day i'm v bad lah... as really occupied with too many birthdays happening in the same mth... haa as usual i made someone v sad loh... but well.. then again... it's the funshine day... =)

Well, back to blog more le! =)

After Serene's celebration on Tuesday (23 Aug), the next bday following on was my ex-male colleague. It was so comical on that Wed (24 Aug)... I kept receiving calls from my male c many times that day! Of coz we were talking abt other stuffs lah... and when it's approaching 11pm he suddenly suan me :" ... somebody so bad,..today my bday oso nobody wish me... =( ".....wahH...it's only then i realised today was his Bday!GoshH wat a serious offence i've been committing these days... hiaz.. sad...

I treated him to coffee club the very next day lah after dinner, as he is flying off to KL on Fri liao le. Had a lot of catching up.. then very nice of him to give me gifts on his trip back from hong kong too. Hahaa he gave me a mango t-shirt and a Religion Jeans! Well but pity we didnt take any pics tog lah though we've been playing with our fones hahaa..... so cant show you all pics...

WooO dunno why there's a mass number of birthdays this mth! Excluding my best friend Serene, there are 6 other of my friends too! >_< wah... and my memory been failing me these days... dunno issiz the early stages of old senile or wat... but hiaz... my old nokia fone used to do all the reminder for me but then since i changed to Panasonic, i seem to be kinda paralyse coz it doesnt have the function! arghhh...

Anyway, we went celebrate Serene's bday on Tuesday at Quality Hotel . Well, we had steamboat and at first the spread of food there seem quite interesting. But i guess we had too much of the "same food", all of us got sick of the sort of rubbery texture. Hahaa... but however we really enjoyed the talking session lah for we really craped... haha

I actually made a serious mistake that day! I forgotten another friend of our grp is having birthday this mth too! And problem is we usually celebrate their birthdays together! It slipped off my mind totally! I was stunned and didnt noe what to do when i learn it. And we only bought one present for Serene... i was feeling damn guilty manz.. but luckily Huimin Kuan Hong Da Liang... we then made the two of them take picture together =)

Hi everybody, hahha didnt realise it has been a week since my last blog. What have i been busy abt? Hmm cant really recall what i have done also.. cause of one simple reason... short memory! haha... seemingly..friends are able to use the same joke on me 4 a couple of times coz i basically don rem it! haha... well ok hmm.... let me recall..

On Wed went sch lah... then stayed at sch lib to use their internet loh.. then since last week's bad experience i had learn to take the mrt when i go home and there i was feeling better even though i didnt get to sit during the journey in mrt. haha...

Thurs as usual the subject i fear most.. then practically i went sch early to chop a good seat... so as to hide haha... but then my friend's name had given the lecturer such a deep impression that he str away call upon her name when he start the class. After all you must be wondering wat's her name rite... haha.. well it's honey! hahaha... same pronounciation lah but it's written as hanee... haha.. so cute and she tried not to respond and the lecturer tot she wasnt ard... but then during break he caught us outside! wah biang... haha but guess he had got the idea that she didnt like to be his pet... so he has given up on the idea too lah... heez!

Then went back home to eat dinner then followed by kbox perform. Well, wasn't a very enjoyable performing day for us. The system was really bad and it seems to get from bad to worse each time i visit the place. The staff's attitude is the worse i've seen tat day.. gosh... basically they didnt try to remedy the system but instead came in to dim the lights... and the next thing they did is to off all the lights at the audience seats. Gosh leaving only lights at the performing stage... obviously hinting us that it's time for us to go.... and it's only 10.10pm tat time... well we started off late mah coz of tuning then hope to sing abit longer... but tat's not the pt lah... but really pissed us off is they have no respect for us loh... how can they switch off all the lights when my friend is singing halfway thr the song??!.... we stopped immediately loh... packed and went off... Weiquan is really pissed and refused to sign off... so meiting gonna chu ma. hmm...

Fri i tried singing karaoke at home.. at first juz wanted to test out my voice lah...record and listen but then got high then sing more and more... was really shiock to sing at home... coz i can sing any songs mah... then nobody will listen to me scream at the top of my lungs haha.. but of coz my family lah will suffer... but however they seem to enjoy oso leh... hahaa =P coz quite sometime since they last heard me sing le.. coz i got perform then everyday not at home... but now back to student... guess they'll haf more chances hehe... but then better don complain i'm too noisy! hehhee...

Sat i juz slack at home lah...tried to do homework and research but slow progress coz so much reading!! That i seem to always give up halfway!;P Then listen dear, YX and YQ on 933 lan ren guan before i eat my dinner.. Cook my own mee coz parents not home for dinner tonight. They go pak tor liao le... left me alone to chi zi ji... :(

Then coz whole week didnt see dear le... miss him so much...sob sob... he been busy with his fei yue shi kong perform on sun that he has no time for me... :(

Sun were supposed to have dim sum with my family but i woke up late lah... then later got lesson so ask them to go ahead. I then managed to catch the superstar gals final episode on channel U. Wow so happy able to see it coz i missed the actual day performance mah... Xinhui sang so well... really like her and too bad she didnt got in. Well voted for kelly and she got in i am happy for her too lah... but at the same time a pity for xinhui..
What surprised me is that Junyuag didnt make it loh... wow... specs drop off when the results were announced. hmm..

Then yday night went ntu to join dear. The fei yue shi kong (11th yr) event were supposed to start at 7pm lah... but then i guess there's some delay sia so we performers got cut in our performing time. We went dere early near 5pm then went for our makeup and hairdo... haha hmm not too bad lah.... but i don like the eyeliner she drew for me... hahhaa... maybe not used to it.. hee... but overall ok! haha and i enjoy ban mei mei oso...=P hahhaa... But dear didnt really enjoy it lah.. for he hate to make up! hahaha.... and so farnie when the final product is out! haha.. dunno why they chosed to spray his hair red while majority are brown! haha! Then his face wah.. really best... never see his face on blusher b4 and ok.... cldnt stop laughing... hhahaa... okok i'm bad..;P but later we helped him to remove some of the makeup lah and he looked more normal=)

Though i was just a guest performer but then staying backstage to explore loh... haha... quite grand yah got male and female dressing room blah blah... like those artist backstage lydat... hee... but luckily got biaodi with me... else me gonna go berserk coz most of the time we xiang yi wei ming nia... dear is too busy to pei me le... :)

I enjoyed the performance though lah... coz i really love singing on stage with audiences below listening... hahhaa...like holding concert... well zi lian... though only one or 2 songs but very guo ying loh... hee..the feeling is really different on stage then outside performing.. i always tend to be a different me when i got on stage but pity their mic guess is low batt... been shutting on and off for i think more than 5 times when i was singing! Affected my pitch somehow coz cant hear....else i cld have enjoyed more.. Then also can hear them showcase their own original composition loh, including dear's composition! And and most importantly can see dear perform! haha... he so shuai whenever he got serious in shows... hee... shshhhhh.... don tell him! hhaha...=P
There's really alot of talents out there who cld do good music... a pity there wasn't alot of audiences yday as i guess the majority of pple are still more interested in singing competitions than orginal compo? Or well maybe this is a sch event so tat's why not much publicity. So after viewing the whole show... another question pop out in my mind too lah... but it's a personal question so i shall leave it! heez..

Went supper after that! Ate nasi lemak! Hmmm.... not bad but the chicken too hard! It has been quite sometime since i last ate nasi lemak le... hahha i think it's more than half a yr le... :)

Halo.. yday Ah su smsed me said that she was at plaza sing on Sunday too! haaa... and yah seems that only bloggers can leave msg! Well.. so this indicates that you ought to set up an acc soon!! hahha... see even i blog liao! haha...

Ok my Dog is really missing liao le... well dunno where he is.. my gd friend qiao even help me seek help in her blog. Then someone replied saying saw another similiar dog at Katong Village. Well... but tat was beginning of August.. and now i really think i'm not going to get him back anymore... no signs of him... sadz... however... think i'll try to live with it..

Today my sis's hamster give birth to 4 more babies i think. It's the 3rd time the Mother hamster gives birth liao le. Wow really like mu zhu... we tired to separate them as in separate the males from the females... but i guess when my previous maid was clearing their home sweet home, she mixed them up and the male ended up with the female again!! Arghh.... my sis was in rage when she saw the babies this morning... called her bf up for scolding.. coz it was him who help us to separate them at that time... haha... but then come to think of it.. maybe it's the maid's fault.. haha...

Was at home most of my time today so not really Monday blues lah haha... Dar then came my hse at abt late afternoon. We practised songs lah... but not much coz didnt noe wat to practise... haha so cute.. i wanted to practise but no songs... hiaz.. then he played my piano loh... then later went pub with him.. watched them perform until near 10pm.. it was also my 1st and last time to listen at pub :(

Went dinner at Kopitiam, somewhere opp cineleisure i think.. ate bak chor mee and fried oyster egg. The dar see me home again... coz this whole week he gonna be very busy lah so cld only meet him on Sunday when we perform. Do take care of urself yah!

Well.. finally came the day for me to see the speech therapy, Susan. Hmm... it started off with her getting some background information from me... understanding what i'm doing and what i've done b4 i was a student blah blah... As most of my friends noe, i was working as a helpdesk support b4 that.. for a period of 2 yrs been talking on fone and in a way hurting my voice coz i have a serious problem when i talk.

The session then continued and she asked me make some funny faces, just like monkey faces... ahahaa... then after a short while she deduced i'm having a left side symmetrical face... dunno if i say correctly lah... but later got to noe it means my left face nerves are less active than my right face. To add on, she even say usually you see this in stroke patients... doINK!What an attack she given me... my tutor was there too... then she asked her if it will affect my health? Susan said if it was inborn then it's ok.. however if it's sort of an recent change.. then sth must be wrong. hmm.... makes me worry as well... hiaz..
After which she went on with asking me sing a part of song lah... and also to read some lines out... then tell me what's wrong with me and etc.. and followed by how to cure lah... haha.. and she kept saying i'm very tense up too. Always ask me to relax haha.... hmm i noe i'm very tense... but dunno how to relax leh... haha... so farnie... hmmm...

Ok enough abt the therapy, if not there's going to be no ending.. =)
Then after practising with the new keyboardist.. we went Tao to sing... then too late end up kitchen closed and we got no food to eat.. haha... well dar and his friends came down just now... so cute halfway dar wrote me a note and the Tao's boss bring it to me personally... haha so comical... thought it was some songlist but it turned out to be some words of encouragement lah... haha.... well thank you dear!

Later i joined dar's friends and we went Plaza Sing Cafe Cartel and i ate seafood Marcoroni! Well at first it really taste heaven... but after a few mouthful of that cheezy and creamy M, my utility level went down tremedously haha... coz too much i guess.... hehe... :)

Yah yday went watch The Maid with my Dar. We catched the midnight show... as it's the preview now. But anyway such shows is best to be viewed at late hours hehe... but one thing quite sad is my sis had roughly told me the story liao le.. so the feeling was not that enjoyed. But it's really a kinda good one... ought to catch it coz there's a couple of scenes which are kinda terrifying... haha it did create the effect they wanted on us.. hahha..

Okie wanted to carry on but i am really tired liao le... will continue again... ciao!~

Hahha qing ren jie kuai le everybodY! haha... today went sch for afternoon lesson. My first lesson in Intro. to Biz and Mgt. Found it a really tough unit.. all abt biz orgs, how they relate to current affairs blah blah... wah can die.. coz i don read!
The notes i received nearly kill me... luckily my bag big enough... but still, wasnt enough to hold all so gota hand carry...so you can imagine..

Well.. came back home in a terrible state.. coz i took bus all way from SIM to Eunos interchange. I have 'car' sickness all the time.. but didnt noe it happens to bus as well.. so long bus journeys kill me too.. my face turned white and i shivered with cold sweat when i alight the bus.. gosh.. cldnt believe i've been lydat whenever i travel home from sch. Guess next time gota take mrt.. but of coz not as accessible as i take bus.

National Day Eve..~

Yoz yo... seems like it has been sometime since my last blog. Hmm... let me sum it up on what i have done for the past 2 days here...

As mentioned, Saturday i went down to tao with Angela and biaodi la.. then while watching Yuxuan and Group perform, the 3 of us decided to eat Juju steamboat coz cant rem when is the last time i ate liao le.. haa.. though actually i always go down tao but actually i don really sing much dere.. haa.. been singing pubs more often now coz of $$$ but hor keep falling sick... heee... hiaz... bu ying gai... >_<

This week will be my last week at pub le, coz of some miscommunication we're not renewing the contract so now gonna find other place to sing liao!
Hmm as i mentioned pub, dere i tot of xinxu, a very cute guy that I worked with once at pub. Cause my usual partner Mark was sick so he was dere to replace. His singing mei hua shuo and thumbs up for the way he managed the show! Finally got a chance to work with him... and i did enjoy myself! hahaa he was so cute.. gong gong one oso!!whahaha!! Hmm.. oh yah as you are wondering who is Xinxu.. well he is also the guy who sang my dar's song <<不想>>. Ok helping my dar to advertise now.. haha if he see this, sure going to niam me =P

In 新谣节 2005 his song came out as best in lyrics and second in position for melody. This song is the hit song for the Xinyao album now on Yes! 933 lah... well ok dar say becoz the arrangement and everything is sui sui done.... so they had chosen his song for so called hit song. Hmm One impt Name to mention is 沈年举, the originator of the song wahhaha!! WoOO so shuang... heeee.... well okie.. still gonna stay alive tml so i better watch my words... haha...
Well.. dar is kinda upset today... cheer up okie!!?? I believe you will be back to usual very soon~ Jiayou okie?? heez.. :)

Then for sunday leh.. went Simei eastpoint dere to do charity. NTU Hall 4 had organised the event and the group of us were there to sing a couple of songs and ask pple to donate! Ok the main point is.. i met my goOOOd Friend Cindy there! Well she was the di tou she dere lah coz she live at simei.. but never did i expect so qiao to see her! And farnie thing is she just stand in front of me when i'm singing the song! Biangz... nearly burst out laughing when i see her face suddenly! hahhaa... so farnie manz! But i really miss her so mucH! Yo gals when are we meeting up!! Jey's bday over liao leH!hhaa...

Today is Monday, as usual went out for performance. Woke up at damn 8+am in the morning then gonna travel all way to woodlands to some old folks home place lydat.. then serve them food and later sing songs to them. We sang a couple of national songs lah... well though quite tiring coz really woke up pretty early but ok lah at least is doing some good deeds here. Then went you dang with dardar then later went down tao see him and yuxuan they all perform for a while b4 i left for home. Actually should be joining another friend to support my friend, Kelly, in the superstar. Today pre-recording but too tired lah... then somemore my friend joanne already dere to support the guys liao le.. ask me to go join them later.. wah i sianz half... so decide not to go le loh...

Tml a long fun day..!! Coz tml the group of us are booking into Pan Pacific Hotel and staying for the night! Actually am looking forward but hor.. at night gonna sing at pub.. then no fireworks to see lah.. though i noe dar wanted to watch fireworks with me de.. but nvm lah... haa.. then worse thing is the next day got sch!! Gota wake up real early and get to sch for lesson! Really sao xing! The thought puts me off.... then night got pub again.... hiaz..

Yoz.. finally back to blog after so many days. Recovering liao le.. thanks to all my friends who have showed concern for me. Still have a slight cough but been slowly getting back my voice le =).

Wanted to say a big thank you to someone out dere, who care alot for me when im sick. I noe you are sick as well but comparatively, you care abt me more than i do. I even said those words to hurt you... i'm sorry i don mean it one, just having some mood swing when i'm sick.

Later going out to celebrating my tutor's bday lah... but been wanting to catch the Superstar at 8.30pm too... so excited coz 2 of my friends are inside. So eager to watch them perform.

Why nowadays So WeaK??

Been falling sick leh these days... still not recover yet... my fever has been dere for 2 days le.. until now then better abit. Before that has been like hell.. then keep coughing like nobody's business, so much so i scared affect my voice. This morning actually supposed to meet "biaodi" for some practice but coz too sick so cant go. Hiaz this coming tuesday still got pub singing. Hopefully can recover on time to sing.

My Father has been so sarcastic to me just now. He said he will only get to see my face when i'm sick at home, if not he wont get to see me at all. Biangz... hiaz.. kinda bad oso lah... coz i always not at home, not working then is singing, if not practice. And my singing schedule is really packed at night loh.. then plus also need to spend time with friends mah... so usually end up really will like 2 weeks never see my family lydat.. but now will make the effort to go back for family reunion dinner on every sun lah if i don haf singing tat day.

School will start this coming wed le. Kinda excited though... hopefully will get to noe more friends.. coz i really hate to join the orientation camp so didnt go lah..

Today not planning to go out coz really kinda sick now.. this morning woke up down with fever, cough n flu... hiaz.... feel my brain is burning just now.. hopefully will get better later.

Yday was supposed to go sch for some admin stuffs but need some verification on some matters so call my programme officer to check out. Then waited for her to get back but gosh they're taking such a long time till now still no news... hiaz...

Then went to Echo to discuss with friends on some NDP performances and also see my tutor to correct my voice placement. Gota really be conscious on my placement le... if not can no need sing in time to come liaoz... :..(

Went dinner and then go mediacorp coz dar had an interview on 933. While waiting and listening to 933 i saw celest chong wor... hahha... she saw me and we exchanged smile... haa she look so sweet =) Then later dar's friend perform some magician tricks and it's really an eye opener 4 us! hhaa.... interesting!
Then spent all time with dar later... brought me to mt faber haa so romantic... =) but guess too late sleep and i fall sick le... :(

Joe still not home leh... think he really wans to set up a family of his own outside... hiaz... miss him so much... now my fav pet is missing...

Voice is Tired..

Hmm went for pub singing then went dinner. Basically nowadays guess sing too much, has created some effects liao le. So sad that my voice has become overall blur and guess these days has been sleeping real late and my voice really cannot make it at this moment. Guess will need to visit some speech therapy soon or maybe my vocal "doctor" haha... she's my tutor actually and as usual will msg to kajiao her whenever i feel i have any probs.

After dinner then my friend see me home lah.. well or shld i say my boyfriend lah..
but we didnt talk much on the way coz my voice is really tired and i feel kinda ci4 li4 to speak so prefer not to talk. Thanks for understanding~

Now am really sleepy... guess i sld try to sleep early now. Haven't been sleeping and eating well for days le...

A Disturbed DAY

Just woke up not long. Yah at this sort of time! haha....
Woke up to find the letter from UOL ! Finally it's here! Been waiting for the student package until hair white liao. Then now need to go thr all the process again.. it's really troublesome to enrol coz alot of stuffs to note.

And i'm damn hungry now... how good if there's a bowl of ba chor mee in front of me now. Miss the stall outside my hse now.. it's open 24 hrs?? haha not sure.. but one thing pretty sure is that i'm too lazy to get dress to go out... >_<

MIss my best friend, Serene, so much!! She's enjoying heavenly life in bangkok now! As in shopping lah! haha... and humph! Never Bring ME ALong! But actually she did lah.. juz that i cldnt go and need to save money 4 my sch expenses sia!

Just as i mentioned i need to save, here i am, wanting to learn alot of stuffs! Keyboard, guitar etc! Wanna take back my piano lesson actually since i only managed to complete grade 4 and it wld be a waste not to continue. But my "biaodi" suggest that as in feasibility keyboard wld be a better choice... though i wld really prefer piano to keyboard la..
So as not to drag any further and also since i got the time now... i contacted a friend, who teaches keyboard and ask him to teach la. Suggesting lessons to commence this coming sat but then no replies after that le... hiaz.... as usual..

I'm so bored... maybe will grab some HK Serials to watch later.. as my family have the practice of renting VCDS to watch at home. Those advance HK Serials! Nice nice!! But they have really borrowed too many and i'm lagging behind so usually i watch selectively la.

At this moment... how i wish my hp will sound....

Hallo Everybody!! Haha exploring this blog thingy now cause a good friend has been bugging me to create an account! haha.... so bo bianz... here i am... =) Anyway i'm kinda free now as i'm enjoying my so called 'Holidays'!! I have just quit my job and School starting next Wed so i've got a week plus to enjoy before i start to get busy again :)

MISSING IN ACTION!!
Anyway just as the mood is getting better but here i'm feeling so sad again... my dear ah joe is missing =..( he ran away from home since wed and now still not back. Hiaz... wonder how is he now. In the morning (Ard 8+) my parents just told me that maid saw him outside my hse but as she called upon him, he ran away!! Arghhh.... i was still sleeping that time...But was feeling quite disturbed so didnt sleep too well... woke up ard 8+ too... but keep lying on bed till 10am. Wanted to show the fotos of my doggie... but i dunno how to post!! ArghHHH.....
